Post Turn Signals
hi im having some problems with my turn signals, i changed the burned bulbs the other day and now im having problems with them. there are two bulbs on each side of the front turn signals the ones next to the headlights. and now when i signal left the one on the back flashes but the one on the front does not and when i signal right the one on the front flashes but the one on the back does not. when i say back im not referring to the back turn signals im referring to both front ones. - these - http://www.strandbergauto.com/yard/saab_95_2000.jpg these have two light bulbs on each side. has anyone had this problem or knows a fix? thanks

Those turn signals are from a 9-5 not a 9-3 lol.

That is normal. Only one bulb is supposed to flash when signaling the other one is for the backup (reverse) lights. What probably happend was that one of the lamps was removed for some reason and the 2 bulbs were installed in the wrong places. Simple and that means is that you don't have a problem :D

The back bulb is the one that is for the blinker and the front one is for the reverse lights :)

Dude! I explained it to you read it again. Each front signal light has 2 bulbs; one bulb is for the signal and the other is for the backup lights (Yes when you reverse, the front signal lights light up to help you with parking) The bulbs holders are placed in the wrong order that is all. The signal bulb goes on the back and the reverse bulb goes on the front of each corner lamp. Your car is acting normal! You just hasve 2 bulb holders misplaced probably by the previous owner or his mechanic.

H already told you the answer... re-read his posts and then move the bulb holders to the correct spots...
